- Company Secretary: ICSI Exam passed with valid membership and 5 years experience.
- Assistant Town Planner: Degree in Architecture (min 60%) and PG in Town Planning.
- Programmer: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/M.E./M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE.
- Junior Legal Officer: LL.B. with minimum 55% marks.
- Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-II: B.Com with min 60% marks and a computer course.
- Personal Assistant Grade-II: Class 12th pass with a recognized computer course.
- Draughtsman: Diploma in Architecture or Draughtsman (Civil) Certificate from NCVT with AutoCAD knowledge.
- Junior Assistant: Class 12th pass with a recognized computer course certificate.
